Changes we have made in and around CCC
We have made a few changes around the facilities at CCC. The following notes give you an indication of what to expect when you join us for worship at CCC:
- All of our Welcome Team and Production Team will be wearing face coverings.
- Hand-sanitising stations will be placed throughout the building.
- We will continue to use enhanced cleaning measures and sanitise between services.
- No offering bags will be passed. Instead, those wishing to give can utilise the offering boxes at each exit or continue to give online.
- There will be no refreshments served either before or after the service.
When you arrive, wait for a member of our Welcome Team to direct you to a seat. At all times we will assist you in maintaining proper social distancing of 2 metres as you move throughout the buildings.
Face coverings are required to be worn for the duration of all services, activities, and groups held in our buildings.
A short film will be made prior to the buildings reopening so that you can familiarise yourself with what is required to be done.
Hand Sanitisation Points at entry and exits
Hand-sanitising stations have been placed throughout the building. These will be available as you enter and leave and at other locations.
We are putting measures in place to ensure that additional cleaning is carried out throughout the building. Once a room has been used, it will be thoroughly cleaned before it is used by another party.
Test and Protect
The government guidance advises churches to keep an accurate temporary record for 21 days of who attends places of worship to assist the NHS Test and Protect service.
Parking at the front of the church will be limited.
We would request that all those who are part of the production team, praise team and welcome and stewarding team park their cars in the rear car park.
If you are able, can you please park in the rear or side car park, and leave the front car park for those less able.
We will have additional stewards in place. They will lead you to your seat, and will also direct you out of the building at the end of a service.
These will be in place throughout the building for when we reopen.
A basket will be available as you enter the building for cash offerings. Our preference is for offerings to be made electronically where possible.
